The fastest way to reach us is by email. We're a small team — usually one of us, actually — and we read everything that comes in.

Email

We aim to reply within 1 business day. Please include your device model and iOS version if you're reporting a bug.

Manage your subscription

almost ready uses Apple's subscription system, so billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled in your iOS Settings — not in the app. To view, change, or cancel your subscription:

Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. If you're on a 7-day free trial and cancel before it ends, you won't be charged.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple, and refund requests go through Apple's system. We don't have access to your billing details and can't issue refunds directly.

Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com using the same Apple ID you used to subscribe. Apple usually responds within 48 hours.

Restore purchases

If you've subscribed before and reinstalled the app (or signed in on a new device) and the app is showing the paywall again, restore your purchase: open the app, go to Profile → Restore purchases. As long as you're signed in to the same Apple ID, your subscription will reattach.

Account & sign-in

Forgot your password. Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen. We'll email you a reset link.

Sign in with Apple. If you signed in with Apple originally, use the same option to sign back in — the email shown in-app may differ from your iCloud email because Apple gives apps a relay address.

Delete your account. Profile → Delete my account. This permanently removes your data and ends any active subscription on the next billing cycle. Cancel the subscription in iOS Settings first if you want to be sure no future renewals fire.

Notifications

almost ready sends notifications for upcoming tasks, your "ready by" reminder, and the Live Activity on the lock screen. To change what you receive:

The Live Activity (lock screen and Dynamic Island countdown) only appears when a task is active. If you don't see it after starting a task:

Privacy & data

Your tasks, schedules, and notes are stored on your account so the app can sync them across your devices. We don't read them, we don't train on them, and we don't sell them.
